Central Air Filtration, MERV-11 filters by Honeywell
Central M.E.R.V. filters are installed in the central return air duct at the furnace or air handler and feature a MERV 11, 4” pleated filter that captures pollen, dust mites, carpet fibers, cockroach debris, legionella, lead dust, burning fumes, smoke, odors, bacteria, viruses, V.O.C s, wood & coal dust, and very small particulate dust down to 1.0 microns in size. Higher MERV filter ratings are available however they tend to reduce the air flow in residential applications which causes worse indoor air quality. We recommend using the MERV-11 filter for residential applications. With the addition of this filter your cooling coil will be clean and flow the proper air through the system minimizing energy consumption. You will enjoy additional benefits of a clean air delivery duct work system, which will help eliminate dust into the living space.
HEPA filter systems by Fantech
Need additional filtration performance? Whole-house HEPA filtration system provides full-spectrum air cleaning by removing pollutants and allergens from the air circulating within your home or office. The pre-filter with carbon will collect up to 90% particles between 3-10 microns in size, such as pollen, dust, lint, dust mites, pet dander. The activated carbon filters out odor-causing particles from the air, such as cooking odors and smoke. The HEPA filter arrests up to 99.97% particles as small as 0.3 microns in size, such as bacteria, legionella, smoke, milled flour, mold spores. This is like hospital grade filtration for operating rooms! It operates as a separate system and can run continuously cleaning the air in your home.
Fresh Air, Energy Recovery Ventilator by Fantech
ERV systems continuously supplies fresh, filtered air while removing an equal amount of stale air from your home or office. Controlled ventilation ensures occupants receive the highest level of comfort. Up to 75% of the heat or cooling in the extract air is recovered by the heat exchanger and used to temper the fresh air coming from outside. Aprilaire Steam, Automatic Humidifier

This canister steam humidifier is ideal for whole house applications where evaporative humidifiers are less practical or don’t provide consistent humidification levels due to your heater run time. I-Wave Air Sanitizer
Wright Design offers the I-Wave air sanitizer system as our primary solution for residential and commercial applications. The I-Wave-R for residential applications kills germs, bacteria, mold, and helps to reduce odors and is a self-cleaning maintenance free device. The I-Wave-C for commercial applications to handle larger occupation, air volume and square footage needs. In keeping up with today’s technology, Wright Design switched to the I-Wave device years ago as a better and cost-effective solution to UV Light systems. UV lights operate with diminishing effectiveness and require a costly service call including a new bulb every two years!
